Using a selection of tools - both software and physical we can create accurate digital CAD models of existing components. This may be to replicate them, design different versions or design mating components.
Composite Layup Design
We can create 2D DXF files from 3D CAD ready to be cut on CNC drag knife cutters.

Torq Design was founded by Niall Carmichael after more than a decade in the Motorsport Industry
Design and manufacturing experience gained in a well recognised race car constructor and engineering company operating as Principal Engineer, set the path to form Torq Design and provide highly skilled CAD Design services including CAD Design Consultancy, 3D scanning to create CAD models, mould design and composite layout. Torq Design can manufacture designs by working with manufacturing partners. Extensive experience designing with composites, alloys and plastics.
